I solve problems for a living.  I go to court for clients in a broad range of civil disputes. I also use my litigation experience to protect clients in real estate transactions and contract negotiation.

Since 2008, I have represented hundreds of clients in a wide variety of legal disputes in courts and arbitration and closed hundreds of real estate transactions. I have appeared at every level of New York state’s civil court system—from small claims and Supreme Court to the New York State Court of Appeals (the highest court in the state). "Big" cases, "small" cases - I do not allow my clients to be pushed around. I won an $8 million office building for a shareholder in a corporate buyout lawsuit. I relentlessly fought for a young senate candidate in a bitterly contested lawsuit regarding his eligibility to run. I fought this uphill battle against the political establishment at every level of the court system and all the way to the New York State Court of Appeals in under a month. I stopped a foreclosure by an overzealous bank. I helped recover over $800,000 for a mortgage fraud victim. I litigated against an uncooperative neighbor to have a dangerous tree removed. I stopped the deportation of a Christian pastor from Pakistan. I will not be intimidated. I will not back down.

I am well-rounded and ready to fight for you. In addition to civil litigation, I have represented clients from all walks of life in business transactions, contract negotiations, immigration, and residential and commercial real estate deals. Additionally, I worked hard to obtain law licenses in three different states (New York, Florida, and Virginia). Drawing on this diverse experience, I bring a unique perspective to each and every case.
